Terms and conditions
The reservation is confirmed only after the payment of the deposit, which corresponds to the 30% approximately of the total price per room.
For short stays – 1 or 2 nights – the deposit is calculated on the total price of the stay and must be credited to confirm the reservation.
To comply with the articles no. 1385 - 1386 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit is exclusively meant as warranty of your reservation and not as advance payment. Therefore, the deposit corresponds to the acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions and will be refunded upon payment of the agreed services.
We hope not to, but if you need to cancel your reservation:
You can cancel it up to 30 days before your arrival, having the right to obtain the total repayment of the already-paid deposit. In case of cancellation within 15 days before your arrival, the deposit cannot be totally repaid, but it can be totally regained for another stay of the equal longest to be booked within the current season. No reimbursement will be done for cancellations required after 00:00 am of the 14th day before your arrival. In compliance with the European Hotrec regulation and with the hotel sector guidelines decreed by the Chamber of Commerce of Trento, in case of no-show, advanced arrival or advanced departure, the 100% of the booked and not-enjoyed services.
